Agentic Office treats an agentic workflow as something people should be able to see and discuss, not invisible orchestration behind a polished result. Its playful surface is the teaching advantage.
The HITM question
What may an agent do independently, what needs approval, and how does a person know when responsibility has shifted?
Current focus
- Visible delegation between roles
- Human checkpoints before consequential actions
- Clear workflow state instead of agent theatre
- A format that makes agentic systems teachable
Next milestone
A focused teaching flow with enough interaction to demonstrate the model without presenting it as a commercial product.
